We are truly overwhelmed and humbled by the incredible response the song has got so far. “Afraid” is our first single from the upcoming album “Sunrise”, that will be released 27/9. We are proud and extremely happy to announce that we have been signed by the renowned record label Apollon Records Prog!
Some of you may have wondered about why the new single "Echoes" disappeared from Spotify. Now you know. Apollon have the rights to release songs from our upcoming album, "Sunrise", and Apollon will re-release the single in a couple of days. It will in time reappear on our own Spotify site. JMHE records is now JMHE productions, and refers to the production of our songs, primarily in our new studio, The Island Studio.
"Echoes" has been remixed, and will appear shortly in an even more shiny shape. The album will be released this summer on vinyl, CD and digitally from Apollon Records. Our goal is to produce quality music for music lovers of all kinds for aeons to come, and Apollon has made that goal a much less rocky road. Thanks!

"That face" in Prog magazine
In the latest edition of Prog Magazine (out 12.28) our track «That Face» is included on the covermount CD. The track is slightly remixed, as you never really are satisfied with your own work. But on the other hand, we are very pleased with this mix, and as it is by far our most popular track on Spotify, there has to be something with it that resonates with the listener.
We would like to thank Jason Harwood, Jerry Ewing and the other members of the staff of Prog Magazine for a very professional and friendly collaboration. «That Face» got a very good response from these experienced gents, as did our new single «Echoes» (out in just a few days on Spotify)

HI, FOLKS! studio update
We are very pleased and proud to announce that our new studioalbum is currently in the making, with seven songs more or less finished. The creation of «The Island» proved to be a major creative input for the three of us. This time around we came up with the concept firstly, and then we had a discussion about what made the songs work the last time, and what we would build upon and improve. It won’t come as a surprise that what we went for were going to be grander, more dramatic and more melodic than «The Island». Less is more is no rule in the house of Laughing Stock.
The first single will give you, the listener, a glimpse of what we are talking about. It is called «Echoes» and is due out in just a few days.
We really hope you will enjoy it, and that you purchase a copy of the new edition of Prog Magazine, which includes the song «That Face» in a slightly remixed fashion on the covermount CD.
